A Little Spanglish Flow
Leading a life of ease and flow, a brilliant thriving existence, is our human right.
Yoga teaches us how to derive strength and stability from within, so we can build a better, stronger, freer world for all.
So next Saturday, we will flow a little, breath a little, cry or laugh (judgment free zone) and bask in our inner strength.
We will revisit some of our favorite warrior and standing poses, tapping into the badass selves that we are.
Expect a little flow with sequences grounded in alignment principles, smart movement and a whole lot of heart and philosophy.
All are welcomed. (Not apt for people who take themselves too seriously or don’t like having a good time).
50% of the proceeds from the class will be donated to an organization bringing positive change to their community. This week: The Okra Project, an organization working to address the global crisis of violence by providing resources and meals to Black Trans people worldwide.
FEE: Pay what you can
(Fine Print: Suggested minimum $10. Note that industry standard for group classes are generally around $20, but I want to make this as accessible as possible to all. I’d rather have you come than not at all.)
(Even finer print: Note the class is conducted in English with Spanish sprinkled throughout in honor of the instructor roots. Movement transcends language, so join us regardless of familiarity with either of the languages.)
