A Little Spanglish Pause
Because we could all use a little movement and a little meditation right now.
Yoga teaches us how to derive strength and stability from within, so we can build a better, stronger, freer world for all.
So next Saturday, we will flow a little, breath a little, cry or laugh (judgment free zone) and bask in collective joy because that is our human right.
Expect a little flow with sequences grounded in alignment principles, smart movement and a whole lot of heart and philosophy.
All are welcomed. (Not apt for people who take themselves too seriously or don’t like having a good time).
50% of the proceeds from the class will go to Reclamation Ventures Yoga Relief Fund, reclaiming lost revenue for marginalized business owners and instructors in the wellness industry during our current environment.
FEE: Pay what you can
(Fine Print: Suggested minimum $10. Note that industry standard for group classes are generally around $20, but I want to make this as accessible as possible to all. I’d rather have you come than not at all.)
(Even finer print: Note the class is conducted in English with Spanish sprinkled throughout in honor of the instructor roots. Movement transcends language, so join us regardless of familiarity with either of the languages.)
